Energy Leadership

The Energy Leadership Index (E.L.I.) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables you to accurately look at your perceptions, attitudes, behaviors and overall leadership capabilities.  It is the only assessment of its kind and one that has a complete, clear, customized coaching program associated with it.

The coaching program is the Energy Leadership Development System.  This system is made up of an introduction and twelve developmental segments.  The program is completely customized to each person, and offers a baseline for current levels of awareness, performance, and effectiveness.  

The Energy Leadership Index is an attitudinal assessment which is based on the energy/action model.  Your attitude is subjective and can be altered.  By working with me using the Energy Leadership Index Assessment System, you can alter your attitude and perception, make a shift in your consciousness and increase your overall energy. 

The Energy Leadership Index Assessment System provides you with a roadmap to know where you are now, where you want to go and why you are going there and what the results will be when you reach your destination. 

As part of the Energy Leadership Index Assessment and debrief process, you will learn about the seven levels of leadership and how much energy you currently have in each area. You will be debriefed on the findings of the assessment and coached.  There are no limits to the potential growth that you can achieve.  Once you realize that your level of consciousness is directly related to your actions, you can move from functioning effectively to functioning optimally.
